If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item/s please return the item/s to us in its original packaging and condition with all the original tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge on receipt, or exchange the item/s for a different size or colour if preferred. Some items such as earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item has to be reduced in price for resale or manufacturers care instructions have not been followed. When trying on items of clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant and that you are away from a smoking environment, as we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange where there is evidence that the above instructions have not been followed or the item has been worn, damaged, swing tickets have been removed or the item/s has a mark or scent on.
How to return an unwanted item/s back to us:
• Ensure you complete and enclose the original delivery note in your parcel stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
• Returns should be made in the original undamaged packaging
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; Biddy’s Limited does not offer pre paid postal returns
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us in its original condition. For your protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a reputable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and parcels can be tracked. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
• Please allow up to 7 days for the parcel to reach us.
• Refunds will be made and exchanges dispatched once item/s have been received by us and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to you
• If an exchange is not available or is delayed, we will notify you by e-mail of any delays or amendments to your request.

We ensure the quality checked by us personally before it is despatched to you. If however you discover your garment is faulty please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to follow the above instructions may invalidate a claim for a replacement.
Dress Nest will not exchange or refund item/s washed or cared for against the manufacturer’s instructions. Please ensure you follow the appropriate instructions of care for your individual garment. Boots and shoes should not have been worn.
